Shipping Policy
Every Sylvawell order is packed and posted by hand from our studio in Melbourne.
Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only, via Australia Post.
Shipping rates
- Orders of $65 or more: free standard shipping
- Orders under $65: flat rate of $9.95
- Discovery Set: flat rate of $9.95
- Starter Bundles: free shipping included
Order processing
Orders are packed and dispatched from Melbourne within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, Australia Post standard delivery usually takes:
- Melbourne metro: 2 to 4 business days
- Interstate and regional: 3 to 7 business days
- Remote areas: please allow additional time
These are estimates provided by Australia Post, not guarantees, and can vary during busy periods.
Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking. Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Delays
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, email info@sylvawell.com with your order number. We will trace it with Australia Post and keep you updated.
Lost parcels
If a tracked parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email info@sylvawell.com as soon as possible and we will try to update it before dispatch. We are unable to recover orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.
